An independent magazine about the history and culture of accessories. This is not a shop: we sell nothing, do not advertise brands and have no connection with the former website on this domain.

This is the magazine's table of contents: every section with a short explanation, so you can quickly find the topic you need. Below we explain what happened to the domain's old addresses and why several of them now open notes on the history and culture of accessories.

Old links live on in other websites. We decided it was better to greet a reader with a useful note than with an empty page.

About the domain's old addresses

This domain used to host an online shop that traded in copies of other people's marks. Its pages have not survived: the catalogue, product pages and descriptions disappeared along with it.

We do not restore or retell that material. The magazine has no connection with the site's former owner, does not continue its business and does not support the trade in copies.

Links from other websites still lead to some of the old addresses. So that following them does not end in an error, four addresses have been turned into notes: on the history of fashion labels, on copies and the law, on the history of the bag, and on headbands and hats.

The addresses of former product pages redirect to the closest related note, while the old shop's service pages, such as the basket, no longer open. This way the links stay useful and do not give the impression that the shop is still trading.

If you arrived via an old link, start with the list of sections above or with the magazine's home page.
